Crock-Pot Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless beef roast
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    3 c. water
    3 medium potatoes
    4 medium carrots
    1 small onion
    1/8 tsp. celery seed (optional)
Preparation
    Rinse off roast.
    Rub all spices into roast.
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Add enough water to just cover roast.
    Cover and cook on high overnight.
