Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dice the potatoes and cook until done; drain.
    Add milk to cover potatoes.
    Add the mushroom soup and salt.
    Put back on stove; bring to a boil.
    If too thin, thicken with 1/4 cup milk and 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
    If you don't like mushroom soup, add some Velveeta cheese.
