Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked diced potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    1 small garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Sprinkle potatoes with 1 teaspoon salt.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and garlic with remaining salt.
    Fold in potato dices.
    Pour into buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and paprika.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
