Spanish Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. diced onion and green bell pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 packet (about 1/2 tsp.) instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
    1/4 tsp. ground paprika
    dash of pepper
    6 oz. skinned, boned and cooked chicken, diced
    2 c. cooked long grain rice
    2 oz. drained canned small white beans
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, heat oil. Add onion, green pepper and garlic and saute over low heat until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water, broth mix and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
