Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained)
5 slices white bread, cubed (no crusts)
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and flour until fluffy. Add pineapple and pour into a well-greased casserole (8 x 8-inches). After tossing bread cubes in melted butter, add 3/4 of crumbs to pineapple mixture. Use rest as topping pressed slightly down. May add shredded cheese on top. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
