Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 lb. carrots
    1 onion
Preparation
    Slice carrots thin.
    Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.
    Add pepper.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour over carrots and pepper.
    Let stand until cool.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    May be kept for several weeks.
