Michael'S Favorite Spinach Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach well.
    Mix in melted butter, crushed croutons, eggs, cheese and nutmeg.
    Roll into 1 to 2-inch balls and place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and freeze for at least 1 hour.
    Bake frozen on lightly greased cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes, until firm, at 350\u00b0.
    Watch carefully so bottoms don't brown to much.
