Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears fresh corn
4 slices smoked country bacon
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and save bacon.
Cut corn off of cobb, then scrape cobb to remove milky substance.
Add corn to bacon dripping, add water and cook until it is the consistency of cream corn.
If it thickens too much, add a little water.
Season with salt and pepper.
