Icebox Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter, creamed
    1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    heavy pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
    Add flour. Make into a roll.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Put in refrigerator.
    It will keep up to one month.
    Slice into thin wafers and bake at 350\u00b0 (do not brown).
