Fat-Free Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. flour, sifted
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. cocoa powder, sifted
    pinch of salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 1/2 oz. melted chocolate
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. coffee powder (instant coffee)
    1/2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve coffee in 1/2 tablespoon water.
    Mix all ingredients except egg whites and pecans.
    Then beat 2 egg whites and fold into mixture.
    Add pecans last.
    Line pan with aluminum foil; spray.
    (Use small brownie pan.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
