Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 c. tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preparation

In large pot, brown beef with onions and drain off excess grease. Add the tomato juice, corn, beans, tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Stir together well and heat throughout, but do not boil! Serve with tortilla chips, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream on top.
Yield: 8 servings.
