Banana Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped cooking apples
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Spray glass pan with Pam.
Mix oil, sugar and egg white.
Add other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 12.
