Raw Radish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, mashed or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. chopped radishes (use processor or blender)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, blend together cream cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and garlic.
    Add radishes and stir until blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Garnish with radish rose and parsley if desired.
    Serve with corn chips, other sturdy chips or crackers.
