Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. dry black beans
    1 whole onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large can tomato sauce or 16 oz. Very Veggie juice or tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Soak beans 8 hours or overnight.
    Cook beans until tender in a large pot of water.
    Saute in olive oil, chopped celery, garlic and onion.
    Add to cooked beans.
    Add tomato sauce or juice. Serve with cornbread.
