Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. diced red onion
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese.
Form into a ball or log. Roll in the remaining chopped pecans and refrigerate.
