Baked Halibut With Sour Cream Dill Sauce(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. halibut steaks
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    3/4 c. Sauterne wine or chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lemon, sliced
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place halibut steaks in shallow baking pan.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with marjoram.
    Add wine or chicken broth.
    Drizzle steaks with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with garlic. Place a lemon slice over each steak.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
    Serve steaks hot or cold with Sour Cream Dill Sauce.
    Makes 6 servings.
