Chicken Salad Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cooked chicken or turkey or 1 rolled turkey roast, cooked, chilled and diced
    1 (20 oz.) can water chestnuts or 4 small cans
    2 lb. seedless green grapes
    2 c. cut celery
    2 1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
    3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry (optional)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce; pour over other ingredients that have been well mixed.
    Serve on lettuce leaf cups or pineapple halves for a special ladies luncheon.
