German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Mix cake as directed on box. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Pour cake batter over pecans and coconut.
Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese together.
Mix will be thick.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over cake batter (do not spread).
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
Serve from pan.
Do not try to turn out on plate (will not stick together).
