Hamburger Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    6 slices ham
    2 c. Swiss cheese
    crescent rolls
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, mold into 10 x 12-inch rectangle on foil.
    Arrange ham and cheese on meat rectangle, then roll it like jelly roll and seal edges together. Cover with rolls and brush with egg and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
