Fire House Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
butter or margarine
season salt

Preparation

Wash potatoes. Cut in half lengthways. Sprinkle cookie sheet with season salt, covering the bottom. Lay potatoes face down on cookie sheet. Put a pat of butter or margarine on each potato. Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Good hot or cold.
