Crock-Pot Cranberry Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork roast
1 (12 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
salt and pepper
1/4 c. honey
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
-
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper.
Place in slow cooking pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
(Boneless or pork loin roast may be used.)
