The Ultimate Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked pasta (any kind)
    1/2 to 1 c. meat or fish (canned or cut up leftovers)
    1 c. mixed vegetables
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream soup (i.e. celery, mushroom, etc.)
    1 c. shredded cheese (optional)
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook pasta in 2-quart or larger pan.
    As it cooks, add meat or fish and mixed vegetables.
    (Best if in the last 5 minutes.) Drain and put mixture back in pan.
    Add soup, cheese (if used) and milk.
    Mix well.
