Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    5 ripe bananas (4 mashed, 1 chopped)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 to 1 c. small Macadamia or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and eggs.
    In a separate bowl, sift together salt, flour, baking soda and powder.
    Combine bananas, sour cream and nuts.
    Combine butter-sugar mixture with dry ingredients.
    Add banana mixture. Pour into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours (baking time may vary).
