Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    3 mashed bananas
    1/3 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (May be baked in muffin pans, but for a lesser time.)
    Keeps well in freezer.
