Vegetable Pick-Me-Up Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 plum tomatoes, cored
    2 scallions, including green parts
    1 green pepper, cored and seeded
    1/2 cucumber, peeled, halved and seeded
    1 carrot, peeled
    1 stalk celery, leaves removed
    2 c. tomato juice
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables and puree them in blender.
    With motor running, add tomato juice, a little at a time, and continue to process until the mixture is smooth.
