Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, yolks separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot milk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until lemon color.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat in dry mixture alternately with hot milk.
    When it is well mixed, fold in whites of eggs which have been beaten, not too dry.
    Put in greased and floured angel food pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
