Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
7 c. half and half (cream)
4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Melt butter; add remaining ingredients (except cream), stirring constantly.
When blended, add cream and cook on low heat until cheese melts.
Make roux with equal amounts of butter and flour.
Add roux to strengthen (be cautious).
Simmer additional 10 minutes.
Pour off butter after sauce separates.
Add cream to desired texture.
