Sunrise Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 oz. whole grain cereal flakes
    3 medium prunes, cooked and pitted
    1/2 c. plain unflavored yogurt
    1/2 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    In a serving bowl, layer cereal, prunes and yogurt.
    Drizzle with honey; top with sunflower seeds.
    Makes 1 serving.
