Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, cut into strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 small bag egg noodles
    6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Brown onion, sirloin and mushrooms in skillet.
    When brown, add soup and sour cream; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
    Drain noodles and mix in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add noodles and mixture together.
    Ready to serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
