Stretch-A-Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. 3-minute oats
    6 1/2 oz. tuna, drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    2 hard-cooked eggs, grated
    1 small apple, chopped
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour water over oats and let stand 20 minutes.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and stir gently.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Serve as sandwich filling or use to stuff a tomato or serve as is on a lettuce leaf.
