Harbor House Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. special crabmeat, picked over
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    dash of pepper and salt
Preparation
    In a bowl mix eggs, bread crumbs, mayonnaise and seasonings. Salt to taste.
    Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.
    Shape into cakes and fry or saute until golden brown.
    Serves 5 to 6.
