Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    8 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 sticks melted butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    additional melted butter to brush on dough
    cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins and nuts as desired
Preparation
    Mix together yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and warm water; set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Mix flour into yeast mixture; add eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, butter and sour cream, then knead.
    Put into greased bowl and cover; let rise approximately 4 hours.
    Divide in 4 sections.
    Roll out each and brush with butter.
    Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins and nuts and roll up.
    Cut and put in greased pans and let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar and water mixture.
