Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced (to make 1 c. mashed potatoes), cook in 4 c. water
2 1/2 c. potato water
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt (heaping)
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
7 c. flour (approximately)
1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. yeast (2 pkg.)
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Set aside.
