Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak or 3 lb. top sirloin, cut into cubes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. thyme
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth (bouillon)
    1 (4 or 8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Burgundy
    1 onion, chopped
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in melted margarine and put into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Blend flour and seasonings.
    Mix flour with wine and beef bouillon.
    Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. Add onion and mushrooms.
    Cover and continue cooking 1 hour more. Serve over hot rice.
