Squashage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 medium squash, cooked
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    dash of garlic salt, pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion in skillet until done; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Top with additional cracker crumbs if desired.
