Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    about 2 c. tomato juice
    10 or 12 cabbage leaves
Preparation
    Separate cabbage leaves.
    Put in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
    Mix hamburger, rice, onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Roll small amount of mixture in hand to form ball.
    Wrap in cabbage leaf.
    Put in greased baking dish.
    Pour tomato juice over until about 3/4 covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
