Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda mixed with 1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced raw apples

Preparation

Mix all of the above together and pour into an 8x8 pan. Sprinkle coconut on top (optional). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or more. Frost like any other cake or eat plain.
