Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box beef or cornbread stuffing mix
    4 thin (1/8-inch) sliced tip, sirloin or round steaks
Preparation
    Mix stuffing as directed on package.
    Cover and microwave 3 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Fluff with fork.
    Spread a layer of prepared stuffing on each slice of steak. Roll up each steak, tucking in ends.
    Secure each with a toothpick.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until steak is done.
    Roll-ups can be cooked in electric skillet, slow cooker or rangetop skillet.
    (Add small amount of water or broth to prevent sticking.)
    Or microwave at 5 minute intervals to desired meat doneness, about 15 minutes total.
