Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 Tbsp. butter
    12 Tbsp. flour
    3 1/2 to 4 c. chicken broth (2 cans)
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. dry white wine (Madeira)
    lobster pieces (13 oz. can or frozen)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour.
    Mix and then add chicken broth.
    Add cream and wine.
    Mix. Boil for 10 minutes. Add lobster pieces.
