Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    8 potatoes (peeled and diced)
    3 onions (diced)
    1 bag of baby carrots
    garlic, minced
    2 large cans diced tomatoes
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to season
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large stock pot and simmer until potatoes and meat are done.
