Party Time Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped pimento (canned red kind)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat pineapple to boiling point. Add jello and dissolve. Chill until partially set. Soften cream cheese. Add pimento to cheese and then add to jello. Fold in Cool Whip, celery and nuts. Chill until firm.
