Chicken And Ham Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or 16 chicken cutlets
    1/2 slice (heavy cut) boiled ham (16 pieces)
    16 pieces Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. sweet butter
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil, lightly. Butter casserole; layer chicken, ham and cheese.
    Top with mushrooms.
    Melt butter and add wine.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with foil.
    Can be made ahead of time.
    Serves 8.
