Baked Corn Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn (canned or fresh)
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Separate eggs and beat whites to fold in last.
Bake in greased pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
