Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 c. soured milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, diced fine
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Bake approximately 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Do not overbake as this is a moist bread.
It is usually best to test when it appears a golden brown.
