Tuscan-Style Fettuccine With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettuccine
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain fettuccine.
    Keep warm.
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter or margarine. Add artichokes, cilantro, oregano, garlic and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, for several minutes until ingredients are combined and mixture is hot.
    Pour over warm pasta and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and serve.
