Orange Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 lb. cut up and skinned chicken
1 bowl cooked rice (hot)
Preparation

Heat juice, sugar and brown sugar on medium-low heat until dissolved.
Dissolve the cornstarch in about 1/4 cup of water, then mix into juice.
