Microwave Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or 1 lb. Italian sausage or 1/2 pound each, browned and drained
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    24 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    8 oz. box lasagna noodles
    1 to 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    garlic powder to taste
    1/4 c. water
    1 to 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (need 6 pieces)
Preparation
    Combine spaghetti sauce, meat, seasonings and 1/4 cup water in bowl.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan and seasonings in another bowl.
    Using a greased 3 quart shallow oblong glass casserole, layer and spread as follows:
    1/3 of meat sauce (about 2 cups), 1/2 noodles (uncooked), 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of cheese slices (3 crosswise).
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
    Cook at full power (High) for 15 minutes, then 15 minutes at 50% power (Medium).
    Let stand about 10 minutes.
    Dish should be covered with plastic wrap before cooking; corner should be turned up.
