Cinnamon Swirl Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 7 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Crisco
    softened butter or margarine
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of the flour and the yeast. In saucepan, heat together milk, 1/2 cup sugar, Crisco, water and salt until warm, stirring occasionally to melt Crisco.
    Add to dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
    Add eggs and beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute.
    Scrape sides of bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand, stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.
