Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Combine sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.
Beat.
Add apples and pecans.
Mix. Pour mixture into tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
