Potato Salad With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    4 chopped eggs
    10 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
    sweet pickles and onions (optional)
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients on medium heat.
    Add butter; cook about 3 minutes or until thick.
    Remove from heat and let cool. Add sour cream, eggs and potatoes.
    Optional:
    sweet pickles and onions.
